ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024


* Applications will become invalid if the wrong date of birth is entered or any information regarding pre-existing conditions or additional needs is not included.

All mandatory fields marked * should be completed.

Contact details (numbers & email IDs) should be accurate.

Please make sure you have the following documents (electronic format) ready for uploading

TO APPLY FOR NURSERY (FS1 (Nursery), FS2 (KG1), Year 1 (KG2) and Year 2 (Grade 1))
  • Student's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Student's passport page (If Emirates ID is in process)
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Parent's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Parent's passport page (If Emirates ID is in process)

    • TO APPLY FOR YEAR 3 (Grade 2) – YEAR 13 (GRADE 12)
  • Student's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Student's passport page (If Emirates ID is under process)
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Parent's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Parent's passport page (If Emirates ID is in process)
  • Most recent report card from the current school (2021-2022 term 3 report card or term 1 report card is preferred for 2022-2023 if you have it)

    • After submitting your online application, your child's details will be reviewed by the Admissions Department. If the details match our admission criteria, we will contact you and invite your child to submit an assessment.

    All correspondence will be by email. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address in the application form. Add @albasmaschool.ae and engage@albasmaschool.ae to your safe sender's list in your email account to ensure you receive all our emails.

    AGE CRITERIA FOR THIS YEAR'S ADMISSIONS IS AS GIVEN BELOW:
  • FS1 (Nursery) - Minimum 3 years as on 31st August 2023
  • FS2 (KG1) - Minimum 4 years as on 31st August 2023
  • Year 1 (KG2) - Minimum 5 years as on 31st August 2023
  • Year 2 (Grade 1) - Minimum 6 years as on 31st August 2023
  • Year 3 and above- Admission to Year 3 (Grade 2 and above is based on the completion on previous year/grade and age is not a criteria)
