Stakeholder Voice
At Al Basma, we value the voices of our entire school community—students, parents, staff, and partners. We actively seek ongoing feedback through both formal and informal channels to ensure your views help shape our school.
Through newsletters and targeted surveys, we address specific topics to gather meaningful input. For example, recent parental feedback (May 2025) on school day timings led to a 5-minute earlier drop-off and an earlier end to the school day, reflecting our commitment to responding to your needs. Likewise our students voice was heard when they requested a longer lunch break.
Check out our newsletters to see more examples of how parent voice has led to positive change within the school.
